The Festival OITHS and Artland Xwra together organize the first artistic meeting of contemporary Video Art entitled «XWRA VIDEO & MEDIA ART FESTIVAL» with the participation of 70 artists from all around the world! Festival OITHS is a member of the Europe- an Platform of EFFE (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe), a cultural European organization, which exclusively supports those festivals that stand out for their artistic quality and have a major impact at local, national and international level.
